Fees 2022

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of the Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy, as well as the Order of 10 January 2017 relating to consumer information by professionals involved in a real estate transaction.

SALES

Houses, apartments                        6% of the price including VAT

Plots                                                    8% of the price including VAT

The fees include VAT at 20%. They include the services of visit, negotiation and constitution of the file of sale.

RENTALS

Seasonal Rentals                               25% of the price including VAT

The fees are payable by the tenant and include VAT at 20%.
